Residential Supports are designed to serve participants who have transitioned from their homes to live independently with one or two housemates. LLM DSP’s are privileged with providing intensive support that includes bathing, medication administration, cooking, and minimal cleaning. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available.

By becoming a member of the LLM team, you may work with participants in a number of capacities that include helping find employment, joining clubs or groups, improving daily living skills, teaching self-advocacy skills, reach exercise goals, participate in volunteer work, assist residents in their homes, etc. Not only do we believe each individual in our program is deserving of the opportunity to reach their potential, we apply the same philosophy to the members of the Lords Legacy team. You will come alongside participants to teach daily living skills, self-advocacy skills, reach exercise goals, participate in volunteer work in the community, and more. Not only do we believe that each individual in our program is deserving of the opportunity to reach their potential, we apply that same philosophy to the members of the Lord's Legacy team. Predominantly promoting from within, we give every staff the opportunity to prove themselves for further career advancement. Lord's Legacy offers a variety of schedules that work well with both college students and those who are looking for something consistent. -
